ABOUT ME

I’m a multidisciplinary healing practitioner and artist integrating somatic experiencing, meditation, and yoga with trauma-informed care, systemic awareness, and ancestral wisdom. My offerings: Somatic experiencing, energetic bodywork, movement, meditation, and art-based workshops, blend creative expression with mindfulness and body awareness. Rooted in my Indigenous heritage and the natural world, I create spaces for embodied transformation, collective liberation, and holistic well-being.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

Somatic Experiencing is a body-focused therapeutic approach designed to release trauma stored in the body and restore balance to the nervous system. Through mindful awareness of physical sensations, this method allows individuals to process stress, trauma, and emotional blockages in a safe, gentle way, supporting healing on both physical and emotional levels.

Energetic Bodywork:

An Energetic Bodywork session is a deeply nurturing and transformative experience. A safe, calm, and supportive space is created to help relax and release energetic blockages.

Using a blend of touch, gentle massage, oils, foot soaks, sound, and energy work, these sessions invite the body to soften and restore its natural flow. Practices such as Reiki, chakra balancing, breathwork, and ancestral healing help bring balance to the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of being.

Each session is personalized to support your unique process, a moment to reconnect with yourself, to rest, and to remember your own capacity to heal.

Movement

Movement is an invitation to reconnect with the body, express emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and ease. Art-Based Healing is a creative, embodied approach to emotional well-being, combining artistic expression with body awareness to foster self-discovery, resilience, and transformation. This practice recognizes that emotions and experiences live not only in the mind but also in the body, and through creative exploration, one can process emotions, release tension, and reconnect with themselves in a nonverbal, intuitive way.
